At PA Ministries, we understand the critical importance of the lyrics we choose when writing original music. We want our listeners and viewers singing "LIFE" over themselves and their families...not death or hardship. Always remember...what you sing matters!

Too much of what we call "Christian Music" today is strangled by a religious spirit - a spirit that cares more about sounding safe, marketable, and acceptable to man than about carrying the raw fire of the Holy Spirit.

The religious spirit whispers: “Don’t sing that. Don’t say that. Keep it predictable. Keep it shallow. Don’t offend. Don’t go too deep. Just write another song that sounds like the last one.”

But here’s the truth: the religious spirit produces form without power, lyrics without life, songs that entertain but do not transform. It produces music that attempts to connect emotionally and not spiritually.

God never called us to write songs that are weak or feminine in nature. He called us to release songs that carry His presence, His Word, His power and His authority. David didn’t sing market-tested lyrics - he sang psalms that broke oppression, shook nations, and reached the heart of God. Paul and Silas didn’t sing what was trending - they sang the kind of praise that split prison doors wide open.

If your music doesn’t scare demons, doesn’t break chains, doesn’t draw people to Jesus - then who is it serving?

The religious spirit must be eradicated from music. Here at PA Ministries, God is raising up a generation of psalmists and prophets who won’t bow to trends, labels, or “safe” lyrics - but who will sing straight from the throne room of heaven. Songs of victory, triumph, power and authority that offend lukewarm religion but awaken the hungry. Songs that aren’t just rock'n, but also carry the anointing to heal, deliver, and save.
